A: Normally, we accept a 30% advance, with the remaining 70% due upon machine completion. L/C at sight is also accepted.

Q: What is the delivery time?
A: Generally, production takes 3-5 days after receiving the prepayment. For urgent orders, it can be done in 2 days, followed by shipping to the port.

Q: What should we do if the machine breaks?
A: Please send us a video showing the issue, and our technicians will diagnose the problem based on the footage.

Q: What should we do if parts are broken?
A: We recommend purchasing some standard spare parts based on your local conditions. For other broken parts, we can ship replacements by sea or air.
