Q: How long is the machine warranty time?
A: One year.
Q: Are you the original manufacturer?
A: Yes. We are the manufacturer of these construction machines.
Q: What are the terms of payment?
A: Normally, we accept a 30% advance payment. The remaining 70% should be paid upon completion of the machine. L/C at sight is also accepted.
Q: What is the delivery time?
A: Generally, we need 3-5 days to produce the machine after receiving the prepayment. For urgent orders, we can expedite the process to 2 days and then ship to port.
Q: What should we do if the machine breaks down?
A: You can send us a video, and our technicians will analyze the issue based on the footage.
Q: What should we do if parts break down?
A: We recommend that customers purchase some conventional accessories according to their local conditions. For other parts, we will send them by sea or air.
